Access & Privacy

  • Next Level Studio is a private, appointment-only wellness space.
  • Adults 18+ only.
  • No children are permitted inside the studio at any time.
  • Women only; up to 2 adult women per private session.
  • Only the individuals listed on the appointment may enter.
  • No additional guests permitted.
  • No pets allowed inside the studio.
  • The door remains locked; entry instructions are provided before your appointment.

Scheduling & Cancellations

  • All visits require an appointment.
  • Late arrivals may shorten your session.
  • No-shows and same-day cancellations may be non-refundable.

Environment

  • This is a calm, quiet space. Please silence devices.
  • No smoking, vaping, or substances on the property.
  • No food or alcohol. Water in closed containers is welcome.
  • Please handle all equipment with care and follow posted guidelines.

Before Your Visit

  • Stay hydrated before and after sauna or red light therapy sessions.
  • Avoid heavy meals immediately before your appointment.
  • Remove lotions, oils, or perfumes prior to tanning or sauna use.
  • Arrive a few minutes early to settle in and begin your session on time.

Health & Safety

  • If you are pregnant, have medical conditions, or take medications that affect heat sensitivity, please consult your healthcare provider before using the sauna or tanning services.
  • Do not use the sauna or tanning equipment if you feel unwell.
  • Notify the studio of any recent injuries, sensitivities, or concerns before your session.
  • For your safety, follow all posted instructions for equipment use.

Studio Etiquette

  • Respect the calm, private atmosphere for yourself and others.
  • Keep conversations low and avoid speakerphone use.
  • Clean up personal items before leaving the studio.
  • Report any spills, issues, or equipment concerns immediately.
